Our student, Saif Ur Rahman from Pakistan joined School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) of UESTC as a master’s candidate of Public Management in 2016. Due to his diligence and determination, he received many awards including the “overall best student award” from SPAA as a master’s candidate. He was nominated for a dual degree program from University of East London (UEL), UK as an exchange student for a second master’s degree in year 2017/18. He also passed his second master’s degree from UK with a “distinction” grade.  He joined School of Management and Economics (SME) of UESTC as a PhD candidate in 2018, and successfully completed his PhD studies in Management Science and Engineering in June 2022.

Mr Saif Ur Rahman has been offered a faculty position at a Famous British International College in Foshan, Guandong province on a very attractive salary package just immediately after his graduation. He is thankful to the University of electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA), The School of Management and Economics (SME), his Supervisors, and all teachers who contributed in his growth and learning in China. We wish him the best for his future.
