Introduction to Telemedicine Diagnostic Service Platform Promotion by Jianming Qu, in his speech,he said, “Telemedicine is the use of technology that enables remote healthcare (telehealth).” Social distancing restrictions have ensured that online health systems become the current ideal healthcare practice. It restricts patient displacement, allots hospital capacity for important situations, and helps prevent the spread of disease. It reduces the possibility of direct physical contact between patients and medical workers where it is necessary,” one of the CEO/Directors of DICOM.
Telemedicine offers Teleconsultations,Remote Prescribing, and Telenursing via not only chat or video calls but also through collaborations with digital transportation application companies such as (DICOM Standard National and Local Collaborated Engineering Laboratory, providing medication for patients at home). The new platform could help millions of Beninese who lack access to affordable and reliable health services.
As part of their solution for Benin, their company would train local Telecom network engineers in maintenance. In addition, their tests are performed by Chinese medical professionals and AI.
Next steps:CWAS and DICOM. Would arrange a visit for the Minister of Health to visit China/Chengdu in case of Telemedicine.
