The establishment of the African Continental Free Trade Area has provided institutional guarantee, market advantages, innovation potential and other development opportunities for Chinese network information enterprises to enter the African market. In the process of entering the African market, Chinese network information enterprises also face risks and challenges from the political, economic, social, technological, legal and other aspects. Therefore, how to reduce and avoid the risk of Chinese network information enterprises to enter the African market has become the research focus of this book.

This book selects network information enterprises in Sichuan province,which have a rapid international development process and close economic and trade cooperation with Africa, as the research object, and first systematically summarizes the development opportunities faced by Sichuan network information enterprises in entering the African Continental Free Trade Area. Secondly, through the research method of combining the best and worst multi-criteria decision-making method (MCDM-BWM), questionnaire survey method and structural interview method, the potential risks of the basic layer, application layer and terminal layer network information enterprises entering the African market are identified and analyzed. Finally, based on the research conclusion, the strategic positioning of Chinese network information enterprises entering the African market is clarified, and the strategic suggestions of Chinese network information enterprises entering the African Continental Free Trade Area are put forward from the two levels of the government and enterprises. This book will provide a useful reference for Chinese network information enterprises to invest in the African Continental Free Trade Area.

In addition to the introduction, this book includes four chapters.Chapter 1 describes the two themes of this book:network information enterprises in Sichuan province and the African Continental Free Trade Area. Chapter 2 analyzes the opportunities, risks and constraints of Sichuan network information enterprises entering the African Free trade zone, which is also worthy of serious treatment by Chinese network information enterprises.Chapter 3 mainly investigates and analyzes the potential risks of network information enterprises entering the African market.Chapter 4 provides recommendations for other network information enterprises that would like to enter the market in African Continental Free Trade Area.
