Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward in September 2013, China and Africa have continued to deepen their new type of strategic partnership. The signing of these documents will be conducive to the in-depth cooperation and exchanges between China and African countries and regions as well as the experience-sharing in national and regional cooperation and development, so as to promote high-quality development of the “Belt And Road” Initiative and open a new chapter in China-Africa cooperation.
