        The rise of China is also the re-rise of Chinese civilization, which is one of the world events of the 21st century. Some countries do not want to recognize the existence of other civilizations. There are also concerns, taboos and even fears about the rise of Chinese civilization. Starting from "Interpretation of the title", the lecture will be conducted from the following five issues: the meaning of civilization and culture, the understanding and reflection of civilization, the three paradoxes of current "civilization", what is the new form of human civilization, and the significance of the rise of Chinese civilization. The lecture will show the significance of China's rise and highlight that China's rise is the rise of a country with the worst poverty record, the rise of a country that did not invade and colonize other countries, and the rise of the most populous country, whose rise will have a significant impact on world history.
